Ytterbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (YDFA)

Product Overview

Fholink's Ytterbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (YDFA) generates gain through semiconductor laser pumping of ytterbium-doped fiber, used to amplify laser signals in the 1030~1100 nm wavelength band. It features either Hi1060 single-mode fiber or PM980 polarization-maintaining fiber output, with continuously adjustable output power. The benchtop YDFA model is designed for convenient experimental operation, allowing users to adjust pump current and output power via front-panel buttons. A more compact module-type YDFA is also available for easier system integration. Both benchtop and module-type YDFA models support host computer software control and serial port command control.
