DVS Integrated Module
Product Overview
Distributed Optical Fiber Sensing (DOFS) systems utilize optical fibers as sensors. Based on the generation mechanisms of Rayleigh scattering, Brillouin scattering, and Raman scattering, and employing Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR) technology, these systems enable the measurement, analysis, monitoring, and localization of physical quantities (such as temperature, vibration, or strain) along the fiber.

Fholink's DVS Integrated Module operates on the phase-sensitive OTDR (Φ-OTDR) principle. Using a single standard optical fiber for transmission, it detects Rayleigh backscattered light within the fiber to extract intensity information, enabling the detection of vibration and other signals. It is widely used in applications such as oil and gas pipelines, perimeter security, high-speed railways, and rail transit.
